The Grateful Dead played Bob Dylan songs throughout their existence.
In the nearly 30 year period the Dead performed 35 Dylan songs, some with Dylan, some without. Additional songs were practised in rehearsals with Dylan or during Grateful Dead soundchecks.
The Dead toured with Dylan for 7 shows in July 1987. Dylan sat in with the Dead on at least four other occasions. Jerry Garcia sat in with Dylan on at least two occasions.

slight caveat

since we're dealing with something other than a live performance here, and non-Dead artists as well, there may emerge some issue that requires taking this down. If that happens, it happens, but for the moment, vine on!

I remember being so thrilled to hear "French Girl" (being an old Ian & Sylvia fan) that most other considerations left my mind at the time, back in the day.
